Shipping & Returns (UK)
This policy applies to orders placed on VibeWear UK.
π Shipping Information
- Processing time: 2β4 business days.
- Delivery time (UK): 5β10 business days, depending on the product and supplier.
- Warehouses: We ship from EU- and international-based warehouses.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
π Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To start a return, email us at support@getvibewear.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Non-returnable items
- Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) if seals are broken.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items (if marked as such on the product page).
π³ Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weβll notify you by email.
- Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
- We may issue partial refunds for items showing signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.
