Shipping & Returns (UK)

This policy applies to orders placed on VibeWear UK.

🚚 Shipping Information

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery time (UK): 5–10 business days, depending on the product and supplier.
  • Warehouses: We ship from EU- and international-based warehouses.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

πŸ”„ Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • To start a return, email us at support@getvibewear.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Non-returnable items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) if seals are broken.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items (if marked as such on the product page).

πŸ’³ Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
  • We may issue partial refunds for items showing signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.
